I have been self employed for over 20 years, closely working with customers to manufacture high end aftermarket automotive products. Although I love my business, I recently decided to join my wife in real estate. Her 20+ years of experience in real estate sales and mortgage brokering is a true asset for myself and for you. My inspiration comes from several sources. My great grandmother, an acclaimed artist, who designed and built her own home on the San Francisco Bay and founded the Richmond Art Center. My father, a civil engineer, who designed numerous residential and commercial developments and later served as city engineer in a number of communities. My mother, who was instrumental in remodeling and decorating our homes. And lastly, my grandmother who took me sightseeing and to museums around the Bay Area. My experience in manufacturing and automotive shops has provided me with a deep knowledge in leasing and design of industrial and commercial spaces from electrical requirements to the moving and setup of large equipment.
