“We loved Holly’s guidance in finding our new home in Bend! She is very competent, organized, and also enjoyable to be with. Her help with our search for our new home consistently exceeded our expectations. She made our search not only effective, but also a fun adventure. She continues to be really helpful to us now, even after our purchase is final. We strongly recommend her and hope you will decide to work with her.”
“You would think buying a home from 14,000 miles away would be a difficult endeavor, but not with Cheri. She has a wonderful mix of personal warmth and professionalism combined with excellent and timely communication. She was patient, able to get the answers for even the smallest of details, and pointed us to the right people for third-party jobs. Whether you are a local –or like us, looking to relocate to Bend and need someone you can rely on to act in your interests, we highly recommend Cheri.”
“I live in Seattle and my mother who was recently widowed after 61 years lives in Central Oregon. When mom announced she was selling her house after 35 years and that she had found an agent. I was very nervous for her, mom assured me it would be fine. Once I met Beth I thought we might have a chance of this actually working out. Beth figuratively, and I’m sure in moms eyes, literally held her hand through the entire process and beyond. And at the same time was in constant contact with me in Seattle. She got the price mom needed and simultaneously negotiated with the builder of moms new house. That’s right, after 61 years of marriage and over thirty years in the same house mom really had no idea what she was in for. I did, or so I thought, Beth made it happen on time on budget and mom was right it was a piece of cake.”
