Total Real Estate Group

While out enjoying one of the many area lakes over the weekend, a newly relocated Bendite fondly referred to our great city as the “melting pot”, referencing a random run-in while floating the Deschutes where her and her husband had run into some people they had grown up with in Georgia over ten years ago. As our city grows, so does the diversity of the people looking to move here. All with their own varying reasons, lifestyles and needs. Just like the people who live and work here, many of the neighborhoods in Bend have something unique and special to offer. Whether you’re into mountain views with space to enjoy or you’d rather step out your front porch to schools and coffee shops just a few feet away, Bend has a neighborhood that will make you feel at home!

Bend has 13 Neighborhood Association who’s boundaries have been determined by the City of Bend

1.Awbrey Butte (Northwest Bend)

The Awbrey Butte neighborhood features gorgeous views of Mount Bachelor and much of the Cascade Range. From some perspectives, there are golf-course views and views of Bend’s Pilot Butte (great viewing for the yearly fireworks show off the butte!).

As one of Bend’s more exclusive neighborhoods, you will find many luxury homes as well as golf and social clubs.

Comprised of many mini-neighborhoods, most lots are more expansive and offer a lot of space between homes. You will typically find native landscaping, mature trees and plenty of wildlife roaming around.

2.Boyd Acres (Northeast Bend)

Located the Northeast quadrant of Bend, the Boyd Acres neighborhood is a mixture of residential homes, businesses, parks and trails. This area provides easy access to Hwy 97 and features many neighborhood parks and options for schools. A diverse neighborhood with many subdivisions to choose from, all featuring their own unique amenities. Canal and Mountain views are common in this area of town.
